As a Ringmaster dealer you are not expected to support any of the products or services. We offer a freephone number which is picked up at all of our offices.
You will need to arrange any configuration with us ideally at least 24 hours in advance when providing a potential customer with a product demonstration. This is negotiable in certain situations. |

Programming of equipment, including telephone systems, fax machines and other hardware LCR will be performed by one of our engineers. This will also apply when any potential customer commences a trial period.
The usual protocol is to provide a customer participating in a trial period with our contact information to enable faults to be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
